But Kyndal, do I actually NEED a video?
YES. With video, you can hear your voice and how nervous/excited you were, you can see the tear running down your partners face, the way they moved their hand down the small of your back to make you feel safe and the joy in your smile as you look in their eyes with excitement.
Video just hits different.
A video isn’t only something to show online - it’s a family heirloom. Think about how special it would be if you could see your grandparents or even your parents wedding video. If they have one, how much do you enjoy watching it? Cherishing it? How much will you cherish it when they are one day no longer here? To see everything in motion paired with music just hits you right in the feels.
It is so different than photos. (You definitely need both.) You are only going to live this day once… why not properly document it?
