Wedding planning can feel overwhelming, but your wedding photos shouldn’t add to the stress. Clear communication is key to a stress free wedding photography experience, making everything flow smoothly on your special day. As a documentary-style wedding photographer, I believe your wedding should be about living in the moment, not worrying about every little detail. With the right planning, we’ll make sure your photos capture your love story exactly as it unfolds!
Communicate Your Vision for Stress Free Wedding Photography
Your wedding day is one of a kind, and your photos should reflect that! The best way to ensure your photographer captures your day how you envision it is through clear communication. Share your must-have shots, any meaningful traditions you want documented, and the overall feel you want your photos to have. If documentary-style wedding photography is your vibe, allow space for natural storytelling (and choose a photographer who specializes in capturing real, unscripted moments, like me!).

Create a Wedding Timeline for Seamless Photos
Next, you’ll want to create a stress free wedding timeline. Nothing kills the vibe more than feeling rushed from one moment to the next. That’s why I always suggest adding buffer time between key events to allow for relaxed, candid shots and avoid last-minute rushing. Work closely with your photographer to create a timeline that gives you space to breathe, be present, and capture all the beautiful details of the day. I want nothing more than for your wedding to be as perfect as you envision, so proper planning is essential for creating a memorable and stress-free day!

Create a Family Photo Shot List
Let’s be real, family photos can be one of the most chaotic parts of a wedding day if not properly planned. Before the wedding, work with your photographer to create a family photo shot list with groups of people you want formal photos with. Another tip is to designate a family member to gather everyone needed for photos after the ceremony. With an organized list, this part of the day will be efficient and stress free–just how we like it!
Enjoy Authentic, Stress Free Wedding Moments
Once the planning is done and you and your photographer are on the same page, your only job on your wedding day is to soak it all in. Trust your photographer to capture the raw, heartfelt moments–the deep belly laughs, the happy tears during your vows, the little glances that say everything. The best photos happen when you’re fully in the moment as if the camera is not even there.

Love Notes from a Past Client
"We had the pleasure of working with Kyndal for our maternity photoshoot (recently) and elopement ceremony (3 years ago), and we couldn't be happier with the results. Not only did Kyndal capture the beauty and intimacy of these special moments, but she also brought a level of creativity and professionalism that truly set our experience apart.
The maternity photos are stunning, showcasing the joy and anticipation of our growing family. Each shot is a work of art, reflecting the love and excitement we feel during this incredible journey.
As for our elopement, she managed to record every significant moment with such detail and finesse that we find ourselves reliving the day every time we watch the video. The videography is simply breathtaking – it's cinematic, beautifully edited, and perfectly captures the essence of our bond.
We are immensely grateful to Kyndal for her exceptional work. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a photographer and videographer who can truly capture the heart of your personal story."
