How to look good in photos: wearing comfortable clothes.

Wear Comfortable Clothes

First things first, in order to look comfortable, you need to feel comfortable. Before your photoshoot, try on your clothes beforehand. Walk around, sit down, and try different poses in the mirror. You don’t want to be constantly pulling up your pants or adjusting a scratchy top. Not only that, but you also want your outfits to feel like you. Focus on Your Love

My next tip on how to look good in photos is to focus on one another as if I’m not even there! I want your photoshoot to be like a fun date, with me just tagging along, capturing moments how you would naturally be together. The smiles, the laughs, the sweet glances, the quirky inside jokes–I want to document it all! You’ll look the most natural and confident when you’re not focused on the camera, making for the most perfect candid couple photos.

Have Fun and Let Go of Perfection

The best candid couple photos happen when you’re truly in the moment. Don’t stress over posing, just focus on having fun with the love of your life! The more fun you’re having, the more radiant you’ll look in front of the camera. Plus, my style has more of a 'capture it as you see it', documentary feel. I am all down for posing you and getting you in a flattering position, but I love to capture the in between moments, catching all the small details that normally would go unnoticed - the way your nose crinkles as you go in to kiss the love of your life, the way your partner looks at you when you aren't watching, the giggles while whispering something silly in your partner’s ear. All of these moments are beautiful and part of your story!
